Background
I have extensive experience in all areas involved in the underwriting, trading, pricing, sale, analysis, and delivery of fixed income securities. My experience in the municipal bond business began in 1978 as a financial analyst with the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas in Austin. I have been affiliated with leading financial services companies as a leader in fixed income business. I operated my own registered securities firm providing financial advisory, underwriting, and distribution to the municipal marketplace. Responsibilities included every aspect of operating a municipal bond dealership including underwriting, trading, sales, compliance, and management of the firm.
I joined Calton in May 2015.

I graduated with honors from Texas Tech University where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1978. I have postgraduate training at the Southwest School of Municipal Finance.
